What is NPT? Any time in which people, machines, or lines are not adding value to the garment (no standard minutes produced) due to waiting, stoppage, rework, or administrative holds.
Simple KPI idea: NPT% = (Total NPT Minutes ÷ Total Available Minutes) × 100
